1. Sponsor
Wellefex Inc., 897 E Prima Vista Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins Wednesday, July 29, 2026 and ends Sunday, August 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, on the giveaway post published by @wellefexwellness on Instagram or the Wellefex Wellness Facebook Page: (a) follow @wellefexwellness, and (b) leave a comment on the giveaway post. One comment equals one entry.
Optional bonus entries: one additional entry for each friend tagged in a comment on the giveaway post (maximum 3 bonus tag entries per entrant); five additional entries for sharing the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tagging @wellefexwellness (Story must be visible to Sponsor or mentioned to Sponsor to be counted). Bonus actions are entirely optional and are not required to enter or win.

Total ARV of all prizes: $279.94. Five winners total; limit one prize per person and per household. Prizes are not transferable, may not be exchanged between tiers, and no cash substitution is available, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of winners.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Five potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Monday, August 10, 2026 — Grand Prize drawn first, then Second Prize, then the three Third Prizes; no entrant will be drawn twice. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be announced publicly on the giveaway post and contacted by direct message from the @wellefexwellness account only. Each potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and provide a valid US shipping address, or an alternate winner will be drawn.
Beware of impersonators: Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, a card number, or a "shipping fee." Any account doing so is fraudulent and should be reported.
7. Publicity and Privacy
Entries are public comments on a public post. By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor may announce winning usernames on its social channels. Information entrants provide for prize fulfillment is used only to deliver the prize and is handled per our Privacy Policy. Winners are not required to make any posts, reviews, or endorsements as a condition of receiving a prize.
8. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry generated by bots, scripts, duplicate accounts, or other fraudulent means, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity, selecting winners from eligible entries received prior to such action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or platform outages.
9. Release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion. Entrants are providing information (public comments) to Sponsor, not to Meta.
10. Product Information
Prizes are dietary supplements intended for adults 18 and older. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
