Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email the moment it ships.

Delivery

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping

Every Subscribe & Save order ships free, every time.

Address changes

Need to fix an address? Email cc@wellefex.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can update the address any time before the order ships.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Carriers occasionally have a rough night too. If your tracking has stalled or shows delivered but the package is missing, give it 24 hours (packages are sometimes marked early), check with neighbors and your building, then email us. We will work with the carrier and with you to get it sorted.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we will replace it promptly. See our Refund Policy for details.
