Welcome to Wellefex. By using wellefex.com (the "Site") or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. Please read them; they matter.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 or older.

2. Our products

Wellefex products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this Site is medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or under medical care. Keep all products out of reach of children. Always follow the directions on the label, including stated serving maximums.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a listing contains a pricing or description error. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

4. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at the cadence you select, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing cc@wellefex.com. Changes apply to any order that has not yet been billed.

5. Refunds and guarantee

Our Refund Policy, including the Wellefex Sleep Guarantee, is part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, formulas branding, and design, belongs to Wellefex and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellefex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
